Kurzje určen jako první podvodní kurz pro studenty, kteří již absolvovali kurzy na hladině, jako je WATSU I nebo Healing Dance I. Tento pětidenní kurz vás speciálně připraví na absolvování Shape & Space a Above & Below, dvou hlavních podvodních tréninků Healing Dance. Přechod k ponořování přijímajících namísto jejich pouhého podpírání na hladině s sebou nese osvojení několika dovedností, než je možné bezpečně vzít přijímajícího pod vodu. Mezi základy, kterými se kurz zabývá, patří: a) přesné čtení dechu; b) vhodné signalizování; c) nabídnutí a odstranění nosní svorky; d) odlehčení hlavy při ponoření; e) poskytnutí volnosti hlavě pod vodou; f) odhadnutí doby strávené pod vodou; g) udržení absolutního prostoru; h) změkčení rukou v úchopech; i) využití vlastní váhy a dechu k vytvoření hlubokých pohybů; j) pohyb po bazénu a k) předpodpora hlavy při vynoření. Účastníci se naučí zahřátí na hladině, po němž následuje sekvence třinácti ponorů uspořádaných v pořadí, které lze použít při terapii. K dispozici je písemný a fotografický manuál a MP4 sekvence. Jedná se o základní kurz v rámci certifikace pro podvodní praktiky.
This course is designed as a first underwater course for students who have already taken surface courses, such as WATSU I or Healing Dance I. This a 5 day course specifically prepares you to take Shape & Space and Above & Below, the two major underwater trainings of Healing Dance. The transition to submerging receivers rather than merely supporting them on the surface entails learning several skills before one can take a receiver safely underwater. The fundamentals covered in the course include how to a) read the breath precisely; b) signal appropriately; c) offer and remove the nose clip; d) unweight the head on submerging; e) give the head freedom underwater; f) gauge the amount of time spent underwater; g) maintain the absolute space; h) soften the hands in grips; i) use one's weight and breath to create deep movements; j) travel in the pool, and k) pre-support the head on surfacing. Participants learn a surface warm-up followed by a sequence of thirteen submergings arranged in an order that could be used in a session. A written and photo manual are provided and an MP4 of the sequence is made available. This is a core course in the Underwater Practitioner Certification.

Z Českých Budějovic zařizujeme společnou dopravu do hotelu, ubytování je zajištěno od 7.5. večer, abychom 8.5. ráno mohli společně kurz zahájit.
Končit budeme 12.5. v odpoledních hodinách (17:00 - 18:00) a opět vás můžeme dopravit do Č.B.

The course will be held in a wonderful environment by the Lipno dam at the Amenity Hotel & Resort Lipno. You can use the luxurious wellness, great services of the entire resort and many activities in the area - for yourself or for the family that you can take with you :)
We arrange shared transport from České Budějovice to the hotel, accommodation is provided from 7.5. evening so that 8.5. in the morning they could start the course together.
We will end on 12.5. in the afternoon (17:00 - 18:00) and again we can transport you to Č.B.
